KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for Construction Superintendent - Commercial & Industrial. - You can retire with this team! ~ A DAY IN Y OUR LIFE ~ Overall project site coordination and successful supervision of assigned projects Establishing specific site objectives and schedules Acting as site liaison with subcontractors, vendors, client contacts and design team Coordination of all site activities including the project schedule, site general conditions cost, quality control, project final delivery and punch-out throughout all phases of the project Supervision of fast track schedules including large scale high-end build-out work and small base build/ground up or additions Assistance with conducting initial site investigation to support bid preparation phase of a project A thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel The performance of safety management responsibilities including orientations, quarterly meetings, OSHA Standards, Safety Program Components . This includes planning, communication, monitoring, enforcement and documentation ~ QUALIFICATIONS ~ At least 5 years of experience in commercial construction for a General Contractor Must have strong to exceptional computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Must be able to create a detailed 3 week schedule Exceptional written and oral communication skills Must be able to meet tight timelines and deadlines Must be able to manage the subcontractors to complete work, punch list work, and stay on timelines Must be able to manage labor costs and job costs in the field, such that outside labor is held to a minimum OSHA Certifications a plus but not required (we offer on-site training and continued education) ABOUT KORE1 KORE1 is committed to supporting top professionals in their career paths.
