Financial Technology Partners LP, the only investment banking firm focused exclusively on the financial technology sector, is looking for an experienced FP&A Analyst reporting directly to the CFO and COO. Key Responsibilities

  • Hands on role reporting to CFO and COO
  • Build and maintain company financial/operating model to facilitate strategic decision making
  • Maintain and update revenue pipeline
  • Drive near term budgeting and rolling forecast process and also be instrumental in strategic planning
  • Assist in developing, tracking and reporting KPIs for the business
  • Assist in developing and implementing expense management policies and initiatives
  • Assist in refinement of current financial processes and data capture for business management
  • Analyze historical operations and performance for use in current and future decision making
  • Ideal Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
  • Minimum 3 years experience in FP&A
  • Broad understanding of accounting and business operations
  • Strong spreadsheet modeling and presentation skills with advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Proven superior analytical skills and strong attention to detail
  • Proactive self-starter and team player who can work well in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
  • Ability to clearly articulate and present ideas both in written presentations and orally to senior management
  • Sound business judgement and ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Must have the ability to handle multiple priorities, deadlines and have excellent time management skills
  • Must be team oriented, but with the ability to work independently
  • Desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment and experience in a fast growing company
  • Compensation will depend on experience and will be comprised of base salary and annual discretionary bonus. Company benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance package, and 401(k) participation.
